Where we ship
We ship across the United Kingdom and Europe — the EU member states plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
Shipping options & cost
- Standard delivery — FREE on every order, with no minimum spend. Typically arrives within around a week in UK and in Europe.
- Express delivery — 14.95 (shown in your local currency at checkout). Typically 1-2 business days.
Every kit includes a prepaid return envelope, so posting your sample back to our laboratory is free either way.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging, usually within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Returning your sample
Your kit contains a prepaid Royal Mail return envelope — a domestic envelope for UK customers and an international envelope for customers elsewhere in Europe. Simply drop it in the post. Fatty acids are stable on the dried blood spot card at room temperature for several weeks, so no refrigeration is needed.
Your results
You'll receive your report within 3–5 business days of your sample reaching our laboratory. We'll email you as soon as it's ready to view and download.
